Refund Policy

At PromptHaus, we sell digital goods that are instantly accessible after purchase. Due to the nature of digital content, we do not offer refunds once a product has been delivered or accessed.

1. No Refunds on Digital Products

All sales are final. This includes:

  • AI Prompt Packs

  • Bundled Prompt Collections

  • Any downloadable or viewable digital content

Once access is granted or the product is downloaded, it cannot be returned, and therefore we do not issue refunds.

2. Exceptions

We may offer a refund only under the following conditions:

  • You were charged multiple times for the same product (duplicate payment)

  • You purchased the wrong product and have not accessed or downloaded the files

To request a refund under these exceptions, contact us at support@prompthaus.store within 7 days of your purchase. Include your order number and a brief explanation.

3. Failed Delivery

If you did not receive your product (e.g. no download link, file corruption), contact us immediately at support@prompthaus.store and we will resolve it promptly.

4. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first will result in loss of access to all PromptHaus products and may lead to a permanent ban from future purchases.
